Love poem help.?

Question

so i really can't decide between two ways of how to write this poem.

it's called Do You Know? and goes something like this

Do you know?

Do you know what you do to me?

Do you know I love the way you smile, the way how we can laugh...

Do you know the sound of your voice...

Do you know that when I think about you...

it's longer than that, but my question is...

would it make more sense to have "do you know?", or "did you know"?

Well...

Since I do not know if this poem is about some current feelings, or past feelings.

But what I'm going on, I believe that "do" works better.

i kinda like how you have it...

the whole question thing...every line indulging deeper into something more about them that catches your heart...

just make a clever ending and it would be perfect...

awesome piece though, really!
