  1. let them adapt to the change and then talk tothem. then daily put your hand in the cage far enough that they are relaxed and if you move it any close they will get scared.  do this daily but put your hand a bit closer daily. it will take a while but it works. But were are they tame? if so it will take a week for them to adjust and they shouldnt be scared of you anymore. also clipping wings is great because it builds trust with the owner the bird becomes dependant on you and trusts you therefore bonding with you. it is also for their own good so they dont fly away.

  2. try to bring food food every day by your self and bring less and less every time so they will trust it more and more. i hope you get it

  3. Your birds sounds as if they have the adoption child syndrome.  Past from one family to another.

If their original family did not handle them very much, then you have a long, slow work to gain their trust.  All hand movements must be very slow and not jerky. If they bite you in defense, try putting on a glove or mitt of some sort. Try having food in your hand or mitt and just relax and go slow and talk very softly to them.

  4. Just try:

You could try holding your had up in front of them just before you pick them up so that they know that you are not going to hurt them.

It will take time for them to get used to you because they have been moved around a lot. In time they will feel comfortable to let you hold them.

    Good luck!
