I have a bit of a problem with food. See, i love eating, but it feels like i absolutely HAVE to eat. I mean, i don't understand. Ever since June when school got out all i feel i need to do is eat eat eat. Honestly, i want to stop, but it feels like i can't. The weird part of it is, i don't gain any weight whatsoever.

Does anyone know why?

Thanks,

Jeorge ^_^

  1. You are young you are allowed to eat what you want.

    Good for you.

Your metabolism is working just fine.

  2. Well, you sound like you're just a growing boy. Maybe when you are older and still have this problem you should see a doctor to see if you may have something called compulsive over-eating disorder.

  3. I can recall the time when I was 13 and no question about it - I ate all the time:  really good meals, really good snacks, I truly didn't know what metabolism was in those days.  Surely in between my meals and snacks of fruits & vegetables I ate all the hot dogs, popcorn, potato chips and ice cream that my allowance could bear.  Didn't seem to do me any harm and I enjoyed it all.  I was 5' 2" and weighed 90 lbs.  Energy to burn....as time goes by if you keep eating really good meals and really good snacks and then you get back into school you will realize that you are not skinny but growing taller and in a couple of years or so you will start filling out in places you don't know exist right now.  So don't worry, be happy & enjoy your summer.  I wish I could do it again.
