Question:

Loving somebody for not being perfect?

My boyfriend and I were talking about the difference between falling in love with someone and loving someone...and he gave a brilliant answer, so I wanted to share it.

"Falling in love with someone is that point where you just get to know them...and if you really like them, they'll seem like perfection. Then overtime you start to notice that they have flaws, just like you and any other person...and if it's meant to be love...you love them because of those flaws. So, the real difference is seeing perfection and seeing every flaw."

I'd really like to hear your thoughts.
