My room. Im 17, and i want to re-do my room. but i want to have a theme, what are some good ideas?

Beach, s*x & The City vibe, Polka dots, animal print with solid walls (teal looks sooo good with animal print)

One of my best friends loves vintage stuff & her room has an old fashioned vibe with like old glass bottles & pictures of marilyn monroe & stuff like that.
