  1. Diet Tonic, diet coke, water, club soda with straight liquor stay away from the she-she-foo-foo drinks.  They are loaded with sugar.

If you drink straight liquor without the sugary additives you have less of a hangover the next morning.  All the sugar is what gives you the hangover.

  2. 3 olives grape, water, and a lemon wedge. It is soooo yummy and tastes like flavored water. Plus using water as your mixer as opposed to carbonated drinks or sugar filled juices keeps you less bloated, has less calories and less sugar = less hang overs.

  3. try out some of these low cal drink ideas at Liquor Live:

    Hope that helps!

  4. vodka has almost no cal, if any,

so try vodka, water, and lots of limes squeezed in it

    or try vodka and sprite

will get the job done without feeling bloated etc

  5. Straight liquor, not liqueurs. Dry wines can also do the job: anything 'sauvignon' is dry enough.

If you do not like straight liquor, mix it with water. It is fine enough, or if you do not want strange looks from across the bar (they are heathens, ignore them anyway) order it on the rocks and warm it up with your hands.

Water actually allows you to taste the non-alcohol bits in any non-vodka liquor. Scotch slightly watered down will allow you to enjoy the quality of the various efforts put into its make.
