Low Windows Experience Index?

I just built a new computer and Vista Ultimate (64-bit edition) is giving me a 1.0 base score for my Windows Experience Index based on my 'Graphics' and 'Gaming Graphics' scores. However, this doesn't make sense as I have an ATI 4870 512mb DDR3 video card and have updated the drivers as of today. Any suggestions?
