Low mused that Draxler is an outstanding talent and will be of great help in the upcoming competition. He also justified his decision, saying that it is about time when the youngsters need to be groomed and the ones who deserve
to play in the national side have been honoured. The boss thought that the duo will be highly encouraged with their inclusion and urged them to train hard to have any chance of being picked in the final squad on May 29.
While speaking during the press conference, the 52-year-old further added:
"[Draxler] has enormous potential. We think he will develop and are convinced that he can help us, despite his young age. We calculated that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Manuel-Neuer-c23424 would miss the majority of our preparations and we wanted to have three goalkeepers
for that period.”
On the other hand, Low mentioned that the Gladbach shot stopper also had an outstanding Bundesliga campaign and deserves a place in the national team. However, he clarified that the duo will have to justify their selection to book
a place in the final 23-men squad.
“Ter Stegen has had an outstanding season and has performed well, despite being so young. The final decision on who goes will come on May 29," Low concluded.
