  1. there's none...lassie's usually have lot of calorie..unless there's lots of water in it but then it ruins the taste...

  2. actually if u want to have delicious lassi it can not be low fat. still i will tell u, u can take yoghurt what u have and mix with water little bit more only. so it will become thin. put it in mixie and add sugar and salt for test. if u dont want sugar then how will u get taste of lassi. lassi should be full of cremy yoghurt and sugar.

  3. Try using lowfat yogurt, and add some fruit -- that way you don't need to use sugar. I love mango lassi.

  4. My Very Own Summer Yogurt Cooler (Indian Lassi)

    RECIPE BY: Anu

    Ingredients

1/2 cup cold plain yogurt or curds(I use curds)

    1/2 cup cold water

    1/8-1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

    1 dash pepper

    1 dash paprika

    Directions

    1. Whisk/beat the the yogurt or curds with a wire whisk until smooth.

    2. Add the water slowly and continue to whisk until well combined.

    3. Add the seasonings, mix well, and pour into a tall glass to serve immediately.

    4. Alternately, you can double or triple this recipe and store it in the refrigerator, it'll keep for a day at least.

    5. Before serving, stir it once, as the seasonings tend to settle at the bottom.

    6. Enjoy!
