Low ejaction fraction,90%aertries blocked?

Question

my dad's ejaction fraction is25% and his artries are 90% blocked .We just donot know what step to take because . Dr said because of the lowEF they cann't do surgery.pl reply if you haveany info. pl help

Sorry you had to put up with the first two answers,

An ejection fraction of twenty-five percent means than the heart is only pumping out one quarter of the blood in the left ventricle each time it contracts (normal is around 70%).

This means the heart is very ill and may not tolerate surgery.

The 90% blockage means than there is still blood flow to keep the heart alive but not enough to tolerate much stress or exercise, AND a small clot in these obstructed arteries may be fatal.

Ejaculate fractions (EF), obtained as the ejaculate from each of four successive cloacal strokes (EF1, EF2, EF3, and EF4, respectively), were collected manually by abdominal massage from Large White breeder turkeys. s***n volume and sperm concentration were the greatest for EF 1 and decreased with each successive fraction. Ejaculate Fraction 1 and EF (1 + 2) represented 50 and 79% of the total sperm collected, respectively. Approximately 6, 9, 10, and 11 hens could each be inseminated with 200 X 10(6) sperm from s***n collected from each male using EF1, EF (1 + 2), EF (1 + 2 + 3), and EF (1 + 2 + 3 + 4), respectively. There were no differences in duration of fertility, percentage fertility, or percentage hatchability of eggs from hens inseminated with s***n from EF1, EF3, and pooled control s***n samples.
