My needs are simple.I am jusst cooking for one or two - nothing fancy. - just for steaks, london broils and chickenWhat do like is a "hot as h**l" fire - like the flame ups for steaks.I can get what I want with charcol grills - but making and killing the fire is a pain.I saw some Char-Broil units at K-Mart today $100 to $160. Will they be hot enough? I have a feeling that the BTU does not mean much unless it is related to the surface area etc.Any suggestions
