Low flame on 3 main burners. model GBC730W i cleaned up the grill but the flames barely show up

Question

i cleaned up the grill but the flames barely show up and the grill won't heat higher than 250 degrees.do the wires remove from the white electrode or does the white part pull away from the burner. the side burner works great. help. mike
