Low income cut off (employer's income)I'm applying as Live-in caregiver I've finished all requirements .

I've finished all the requirement in canadian embassy here in Philippines only the T-4 of my employer was refused because of Low Income Cut Off.

You cannot get a work permit/employment pass through that employer.  You're done.

If you can find another employer in the future, and if that employer is willing and able to obtain a work visa for you, then you might get a visa approved and be able to go to work there.
