Low memory video format?

Question

I just wanted to know how to convert my downloaded .AVI video to a 31 kb MPEG format?

I just bought a dvd and when i opened it and checked its format, it is in MPEG format and it has only 31 kb?

How am i suppose to do that? Pls help....im desperate...cause i want to get rid of my movies in pc by burning it in low memory so that i can save dvd-r.

hi kim yeoh, i can tell you how to format your harddrive but too replace your drivers is very tricky so i would highly recommend that you take your computer to a computer repairman and he can make it act like a new computer. just tell him that you think you have a virus and take all of your software cause he will need it and he will format your harddrrive and the best part is he will not charge you too much but the benefits far exceeds the price good luck hope i was helpful to you
