The German national team coach has admitted that it was a tough decision to make and is confident that all four players have a great future for the national side.

Joachim Low offered his support to all the four players and admitted that they will be disappointed on missing out on a tournament of this stature. The manager insisted that he wanted to make his decision on Monday as the players
were uncertain and tense.
The tactician claimed that it is still the first step for the likes of ter Stegen and Draxler. He stated all players still have a chance of being named in the national side for future competitions and stressed that the players
will be part of the fringe squad.

“They were all obviously incredibly disappointed. But we made our decision after much consideration, and we wanted to give players clarity on Monday, because you could feel their uncertainty. I told everyone that they have opened
the door wide for themselves. Draxler, the youngest of the group, is a real winner from this camp,” the manager was quoted as saying in an interview.
Low added that the four players left out will still play a part with the national side and is confident that they will take the decision positively.
“For us it is clear that these players are on the fringe of the squad, and will probably soon be with the national team,” he concluded.
