I need a low fat and low sodium ( mostly sodium ) recipe for a omelet. This recipe better have less ingredients. I don't want a huge, over the top recipe that involves a lot of ingredients. I just need a plain omelet that is low in sodium !! =D Thanks.

Precooked mix of broccoli, onions, bell or red peppers...I just throw how much looks good to me at the time into a covered dish based on my hunger level. Whisk Eggbeaters with a little water until frothy and pour into med. hot skillet. When almost cooked through (I normally flip to be sure), add veggie mix and slice of pepper jack, cheddar or American cheese torn in strips. Just enough cheese to add great flavor but not much cholesterol and calories. Helped me make it through the "Crack the Fat Loss Code" diet and a 25 lb. loss in about 5 months! Was important on their plan to have broccoli daily and this was a nice additional way to be sure to include it with variety. I continue to make my omelets with the broccoli as an acquired taste preference.
