I need to know this: If I pour LOW temperature hot-melt glue on top of a hardened piece of HIGH temperature hot-melt glue, would they both melt together, or would the low temp glue just harden on top of the high temp piece? Thank you

  1. If you make sure to set your glue gun back to low temp and let it cool a bit before pouring the low temp, the low temp will probably harden on top of the high temp stuff.  If you apply the low melt at a temperature sufficient to melt the high temp glue, they will most likely melt together.
