Low weight gain and premature history ?

I am 35 wks and 2 days i went to my 1st prenatal check up when i was about 12 wks or so.I went to my check up on monday and they said since theyv seen me iv only gained 14 pounds they said its low weight gain but yet they dont have any concerns and wont give me another ultra sound i only received 1 when i was 18 wks i had my daughter at 36 wks and they still dont have any concerns.Do you think this is wrong?

Sounds like you're okay and worrying about it can't be good for you.  I only gained 17 pounds during my entire pregnancy and my daughter was born perfectly healthy.  Also, if you had your previous child at 36 weeks and he/she was born healthy, there can't be that many concerns about this one.  Docs/midwives like a pregnancy to go to 37 weeks at least and you were only a week off of that.  Having an ultrasound won't tell you anything about your low weight gain.  Average weight gain for a pregnant woman is between 25-35 pounds but if you were carrying any excess weight before you got pregnant, you should gain less.

    If you're docs say you are fine, don't stress yourself and just think about how little weight you'll have to work off once the baby is born.  :)
