Lower Back Pain.....?

I have bad pain in my lower back, it feels like my muscles need stretching out. It started last night, i thought sleeping would make it better but its the same as it was. I've heard that lower back pain is a sign that your period is about to start, seeing as im due on could this be it? And any ideas on the best way to stop the pain? Thanks

  1. It could be that you are getting ready to start. I would just take some pain relievers and IF you do start your period, start taking Mydol.

Also, soak in a hot bath. Just relax in it, afterwards, just try to lie back and relax your back. It may help. :)

  2. Lying on you back on a very thin soft mattress, start relaxing each and every part of the body starting from the toes to the top of your head.

If this does not work Try Mudras a technique of re establishing vital energy flow in the body.

One of the reasons can be trapped air in ther knotted part of the intestine. Stretching out with deep breathing can relax the part and remove the trapped air. Acidic air can damage the inner lining and cause that part of the muscles to contract leading to pain and back problems, many a times it is observed that as soon as this is rectified and food flow in the intestine is established the lower back problem dissappeared.

  3. lower back pain can sometimes be due to bowel problems,

are you  having any trouble in that dept.

also, do you , have problems with your kidneys, that  is where

    your kidneys ,are.

if it carrys on much longer then i would go and see your gp about it

better to be safe then sorry..
