Lower Back Pain??Help??

Recently I have been having horrible, mind-numbing lower back pain. I have tried ibuprofen, heating pads, hot baths and nothing is helping. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make this disappear?

Not knowing how long or if you were injured, I would get to the doc to atleast get x-rays and a diagnosis.

They will probably give you muscle relaxers which help along with anti-inflamatory meds.  

You can also do stretches and yes a chiropractor is one of the best options out there.

chiropractor :D I go to one twice a week for my scoliosis, it helps A LOT.
