Lower abdominal discomfort. Pain in my ovaries. No cyst! Nothing abnormal onultrasound, no baby on ultrasound.

Spotting May 23(implantation?)also had a uti,so dismissed it as uti spotting

NEVER HAD CYSTS

NEVER HAD SHORT PERIOD

but i know randoms happen!

June 2 began to have sharp/subtlepain lower left ab (seemed like left cyst)

June 9 began a period that was a light period (not just spotting) that only last 3 full days followed by 2 days of spotting. (PERIOD NEVER SHORT, NEVER BEGINS/ENDS WITH SPOTTING).

June 2 began pain in lower left side after a week i began to feel it also in lower right side sometimes i also have period like cramps, ALWAYS BAREABLEpain/pressure.plus dull lower back pain.

TODAY june 18pelvic&transvaginal ultrasnd...HAVE NO CYST&NOTHING IRREGULAR. but also, no indication of pregnancy.(no thickening, no sac)n NEG URINE PREG TEST. (I HAVE A BLOOD TES APT)

i would be 5 weeks or less....is pregnancy still possible?

anyone had ultrasound show NOTHING but later found out she actually had been preg? WAT CAUSE THIS SLIGHT PAIN 2.5 WEEKS SO FAR?

I doubt pregnancy is a possibility with the

Ultrasounds and testing you have done. But Maybe check your kidneys out?!!! I have a bacterial kidney infection now, that started out a UTI but also in my lower right ab.
