  1. The major cause of this is skeletal condition and weak abdominals. Start doing sit ups and or crunches at least a couple of times per week. Adjust the difficulty and reps so that they feel a little tender two days after doing them. Also check to see if you need to stretch your Quads. You should warm up before and do a number of stretches after running.

  2. its proble the way ur running wrong or ur just having back paynes maybe u need to go to the doctor before running again

  3. This can be due to a weak core. Strengthen your abs, sides and back.

  4. Not normal visit your doctor.

  5. The most common cause of lower back pain from a new running regimen is actually due to poor flexibility in your hamstrings.  The hamstring runs along the back of your thigh from behind your knees to your pelvis.  Since your pelvis is the foundation of your lower back and spine, having tight hamstrings contributes to an unstable lower back.

Additionally, if you have poor core strength (abdominables, obliques, back muscles), that is a recipe for lower back pain.

Focus on lengthening your hamstring (stretching, yoga, pilates) and working on your core.  If pain severe, or no improvement, go see a doctor.
