I am 19 weeks tomorrow and my lower back is KILLING ME! This week has been crazy with my work, and very stressfull.
I have been really bad and not getting enough sleep, and lifting some things I prolly shouldnt have...I know! So bad! Plus driving clients around, working a trial this week, and not to mention a fundraiser!
Anywho, the worst is over and now I ws just wondering if any of you know of some great stretches or other advice to ease my back?
No lectures please, my work is very important to me this week so thats was the cause for my stupidity.....
