Question:

Lower back pain and shooting pains?

I occasionally get lower back pains (right) to the point where it shoots up my right leg and pretty much makes me crippled. I walk around like a hunchback because it hurts too much to stand up straight. What could this be?

  1. Pains that shoot into your legs could be sciatica.  It might also be a couple of other reasons too, but the sciatica one seems to be the most common.

See a doctor, physiotherapist, or chiropractor.  They will help diagnose what might be causing it, and they will all have different ways of treating it.  (physiotherapist worked for my back pain).
