  2. ur back pack is to heavy:)

  3. I might need a wee bit more info, I'm not a doctor but I've played one on TV. Your pain and discomfort is not uncommon for backpack toter's. Sounds like you're just simply putting too much weight on your poor spine/back compressing the nerves/discs. I'd simply give up the backpack and find some other method for carrying your materials, you could be damaging your back. Give it a rest, learn some stretching for the lower back and get rid of the backpack....I've had problems too since I toted a machine gun in the Marines. I've had two doctors tell me surgery was necessary, doctors want the business. Then I started doing Yoga stretching at my chiropractor's office. But the best thing I did for my aching back was I bought an Inversion Table off Home Shopping Network. I haven't been to the doctor since I got the table. Today when I've been on my feet too long or I have pain, I just get on the table, invert for a very few minutes or until I feel my back decompress sometimes making a popping sound. Immediately I know I'm fine, again....

  4. I had the same problem when I was in the 6th grade up to 9th grade untill I bought one of those silly roll along bags

  5. I assume you surf..............

I can assure you the pain is caused by the sheer strain that is paddling....

See a physio, you've probably taken on a bad habit/ posture.
