Lower back problems??

Question

my daughter is only 14 ..

but when she bends her back for a long time AND THEN straighten it back again ,her lower back hurts.

what d'u think is te problem?

Sounds like a normal person to me. Like when you bend over for some chore for a while, then you stand back up. You always feel your lower back has been taking the strain, as its been stretched out more than normal for a while. Its not a problem.

might be to do with her posture, i had that problem and my dr said its the way i sit :( lol,

I would get her in to see a doctor asap.  Children of that age have so many growth issues going on.  Some perfectly normal, but not all the time.  Seek help before anything gets worse.

I would not ignore a spine issue.
