Question:

Lower left side stomach pains when running.HELP?

how can i prevent this from happening next time.I cant even run a mile without it hurting really bad to where i have to stop.What could this be,and how can i make it stop.Thank you.

  1. You have either a stitch or a cramp.

    If it's a cramp, just try not to eat too much and stretch a lot.

    If it's a stitch, you just have to run through it.  Eventually you will be used to it.


  2. its best to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth in order to not get cramps. stretching is good too.

  3. Stomach cramp!! Those hurt really bad! I just wouldn't eat 30 minutes or less before you start running and stretch!!

  4. Cramp. You have to stretch first and maybe practice more
