Lower pressure=good or bad weather.?

Same the pressure is 29.92--------peferct weather right?

So is 30.23 for say, bad weather or good?

Does higher pressure=bad or good weather?

It promotes instability in the region in the form of precipitation and winds.

Pressure of our atmosphere is related to the weather that we experience.  

Low pressure indicates storms (this is why sometimes before a storm you may have achy joints because the pressure on your body is changing)

High pressure indicates good weather.
