Lower right thread (green) keeps coming out of its...

Question

Following the 'map' I seem to be threading the overlocker correctly, but just today the lower right (green) thread keeps coming out of its final eye.  This stops it from working.  It's odd, 'cause the thread continues to feed through, and appears unbroken, HELP!
