Lowering Rear Seat in Hyundai Santa Fe

Question

Have done it before easily. Now can't flip up seat bottom. Only see one pull tab, thought there was 2 types attached to seat bottom. Book is useless. Sounds simple, but 2 adults cannot pull the bottom seat up in order to make the back of the SUV flat for hauling large items.

Anyone have a manual that explains it?
