Lowering my 2005 honda civic?

so i want to buy 17 inch rims and i want to lower it... how much should i lower it? and what do i need to buy to lower my car? what brands parts etc.. ?

Eibach Sportline springs, 2.0' front/ 1.8' in the rear. As far as struts drop zone will work if they make them for your year, Koni yellows if you have some cash, and kyb agx's if you want a good strut for a good price. Thats it have fun
