  1. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

  2. It will probably take a few years unfortunately.  I'm for it too.

  3. Are you serious....................................  They have 'legal age for drinking' at 21 for a reason.  Younger than that - then you're just a child.

  4. Why does the drinking age have to be 21? Why can't it be 25 or 20 for that matter? If you can drive at 16, and smoke at 18, why not start drinking at 18. Far to many teens drink young anyways, so why not lower the drinking age to 18. If they legalize it then the teens probably won't drink as often now that it will be legal to drink. Don't you think?

  5. Dude, get a fake id like the rest of us had too.....

  6. It will never happen.

I am hoping that is is raised to 25 or 30

  7. I live in the UK where the drinking age is 18, and personally I think it should be raised to 21 and I've always thought that. I'm only 22 myself but I very rarely go to clubs as I'm usually the oldest one in there, pubs it's not so bad, they're more strict.

It's an adult environment it's ridiculous. Most of the clientele aren't even toilet trained. Most are too young to even be able to control their drinking and it takes a while before you properly learn your limit.

You're still a kid at 18, enjoy it. I'm still trying to!

Oh and as a note to the person above, lowering the drinking age would make them more likely to drink, not less likely. Trying to look 18 is much easier than trying to look 21 or older, they'd get into every pub and club around!!

  8. If Hillary would of been president it would of stayed the same .. but depends who becomes presidents .. in your best interest Obama would lower it possibly and McCain would be like NO!!! and I'd say they would probably pass the law by the time your 21

  9. blablabla

  10. Im all for the drinking age being lowered. Im 18 and my cousin is 18 and maybe shipping of to Iraq. America still won't allow him to consume alcohol but he's able to die for his country?

Well the USA has a warped view on what is right.

But I doubt the drinking age will ever be lowered unfortunatly

  11. I'm gonna guess that you'll make it to 21 before it passes, so it's a moot point for you.

  12. It's not going to happen.  Drinking age used to be 18, and there were far more car accidents.  Since, you get your license at 16, this gives you more time to practice before you drive drunk.

  13. with luck, your grandkids will benefit.

it took 25 years jsut to get some university presidents to even raise the idea in public.
