Lowfat vanilla yogurt healthy or unhealthy?

I say it is a good choice but a post from another question said it was high in fat?

One cup a day too much? Split into two servings.

  1. It's good for you in moderation I guess but you have to watch the amount of sugar in it.

  5. stay away from any yogurt that is not a full fat yogurt. lowfat yogurts contain higher contents of sugar, mostly refined artificial sweetners which alter your tastebuds causing you to eat more. the full fat yogurt is more filling and natural so your body can digest it easier.
