HI,

I'm realy building a love for latino lowrider cars.

When these cars change height at all 4 wheels and start jumping,

1. whats it called does it have a name?

2. wont the springs or the chassis break like this, is construction able to hold this?

3. after building this feature into cars, is maintenance

very expensive?

4. how many times do you have to let it get checked out and go through maintenance?

5. is it expensive to build such a feature?

6. Are there any lowrider communities in Holland/Europe you know of?

Thanks.

  1. http://www.lowrider.com/?type=web

  2. its called hopping . check out lowrider magazine if you get a chance. lots of cool pics and tips on how to build a hopper.as far as springs i think  they use oversize springs and they beef up the chassis. basic hyd systems run about $1500 out the box . basic maintence knowledge is good becuse all that hopping will loosen hydraulic fittings and hoses, etc. hope this helps and keep cruzing...
