Loyola.. help me determine if its worth it?

Question

will i get in?

i've had 6 years of science classes

4.5 years of history/ social sciences

4 years of math

3 years of spanish

4 years of english

human development & a computer class

4 years if gym and physical management

my grade point average is like a 3.4

i'm basically an A/B student...

im in the top 20% of my school nonweighted

and weighted im in the top 10%

all my classes are advanced honors or ap

i've been an honors student my whole lifee

i'm also in teh following clubs/ activies:

-national honors society

-history honors society

-illini girls state

-f.c.c.l.a.

-key club

-fashion club

i didn't take the SATs

but i took the ACTs and i got a score of 29

tomrw im going on a campus tour of loyola

and im soo scared i will never get inn

its my dream school.

i want to go there for my first 4 years of college and med school

and i dont want to waste my time or money

please be completely honest with me

and tell me if u think, based on ur knowledge

if u think ill get in or not

because my dad is making me feel like

im too stupid to get in anywhere..

I do not have the knowledge to work out if you have done the right classes, (our system works completely different,) but I do know that if you are going to make it work, you will stand a good chance.

Whatever classes you would have had, you would have to work hard and dedicate your time to studying.

Do not take your dad serious in this case. He might say so to prevent you being heartbroken if you do drop out, but if he undermines your confidence, you will have a much harder time again.

If you seriously doubt if you can really make it, based on what the requirements and advices are, ask for a talk with your study coach or someone else who can advise you at Loyola, they know the percentage of people who did and who did not make it.

But mostly, the fact they accepted you means that they trust you can make it.
