Luau Themed Birthday Color Scheme?

Question

In June Im having a Luau themed birthday party. And I cannnot decide on colors its between Yellow Pink and Orange, or Blue Green and Yellow. List pros and cons of the colors please and thankyou. BTW- Another thing im worried about it bad weather. If it rains I have no backup plan and you cant get weather updates till 10 days before and im sending invited like may 25th.

You should do

YELLOW, PINK AND ORANGE

'cause a luau has those colors and they look so pretty altogether.

Pink and Orange is  MY choice ... the colors of bright Hawaiian flowers (plumeria, hibiscus) and such HAPPY colors!  Yes, blue & green are the color of the ocean, but they're very sedate and soothing, and I think parties should be vibrant:) .......   If it rains, can you have it in your garage?  Or get some big umbrellas for outside?  It rains every day in Hawaii around 4 pm (for only about 5-10 min though), so rain would add to the atmosphere - as long as it wasn't a hurricane:)

Blue Green and Yellow

pros- cute and they match AND some of my fave colors

cons- kinda too springy

Pink Yellow and Orange

pros- CUTE and not to mention summery

cons- not so boyish- remember this isnt all girls.

I would go with Blue Green and Yellow, for guys and gals.

Weather wouldnt matter too much, with rain it would be even more fun!

But- you could get a gazebo so if it rained you could have the food and stuff in it.

I'd go with an Aqua, Coral and Sunrise color scheme. More natural. The pink is fun, but to immature. I've lived in Hilo and pink just doesn't rock there. The only pink at a real luau is the pig. Some of my fondest memories were the rainstorms. Don't worry the spirits will shine on you. Aloha

definitly Yellow,Pink, and Orange. um..... for back up plan maybe just like a sleepover than people come the next day if it is good weather. thats my guess. lol sorry not that good.

Blue Green and Yellow...had one used these colors turned out nice.  I had green palm trees...blue for the sky or ocean and yellow for high light color...flowers ect.  Do you have an basement to use for backup..or maybe set up one of those tents(big) you can rent ect.
