Lucario moveset?

Question

I will be using my Lucario for pokemon battle tower, but I'm not quite sure of what moves to teach it. These are the moves I was thinking:

- close combat

- stone edge

- psychic

- dragon pulse

or

-stone edge

-dragon pulse

-close combat

-earthquake

Are any of these movesets good? If not, what moveset should I teach my Lucario?

Flygon

-fire blast

-dragon pulse

-earthquake

-roost

Garchomp

-draco meteor

-earthqauke

-giga impact

-fire blast
