Lucas Piazon ready to snub Chelsea for Juventus

The new “Kaka” of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858, Lucas Piazon has snubbed Chelsea and it looks like the Sao Paolo teenager is set to join Serie A’s most successful side, Juventus.
The Brazilian has confirmed his desire to play for the Turin giants after he held talks with the club’s directors. The decision has definitely left out Chelsea in the cold as the reigning Premier League champions were very hopeful to snap the exciting young
talent.
A host of European clubs were interested in signing the youngster but it seems that Juventus is now way ahead in the race to sign the youngster. Lucas Piazon also took part in a one-week training session with the Juve players and this makes it even clear
where the Brazilian’s eyes lie.
“Juventus are one of the greatest clubs in the world and I am proud to be able to become one of their players,” said the 17-year-old Brazilian while talking to the media.
The youngster said that he wants to score goals and make the fans of Juventus happy by his performances.
It has been rumoured that Juventus are expected to close in on a deal with his current club Sao Paulo very soon. The deal is believed to be worth 5.1 million pounds and is expected to be finalised by January 2012.
Although the amount is very high for such a young player who is still to play in the hard European conditions but judging by his performances with Sao Paulo, it is expected that Piazon will settle down at the club.
Contrary previous reports suggested that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lucas-c22528 had not signed an agreement with the Bianconeri but it is clear now that a dialogue had already been opened between the two parties.
Marizabel Piazon, mother of the exciting talent said that things have been finalised verbally but an agreement is still to be reach between the two clubs.
Piazon would be a spectator for Juventus as the side plays http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 away from home in the Coppa Italia quarterfinal.
Many people in Brazil have likened the cheerful and enthusiastic youngster to Real Madrid and former AC Milan darling, Kaka.
Juventus is already pushing to whip out a European Union passport for the Brazilian after the club management found out that the player’s father has Italian heritage which means that getting a work permit for the Brazilian will not be a problem at all.
