Lucent / Avaya corporate phone call forwarding??

Question

I am trying to forward calls from my corporate phone to my cell phone using an Lucent/ Avaya 8411D. I found this website:

which shows me how to forward calls to other 5 digit extensions within the company, but I cannot get past the 5th digit to enter a full telephone number. Does anyone know how to enable Call Forwarding natively on this phone?
