The 21-year-old winger was seen at Amsterdam Arena in the Amsterdammers' 2-0 win over FC Groningen, fueling speculation about his summer move to the Eredivisie giants.

However, the youngster has insisted that his visit to Amsterdam was only at the invitation of his friend, Lorenzo Burnet.
“No, no, I did not go to Amsterdam to engage in talks. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lorenzo-Burnet-c22424 is a friend of mine and invited me to watch the match. I was free and was happy to have a look. I sat in the stand as a football fan”, Narsingh was quoted as saying to Voetbal International.
The 21-year-old came through the ranks of Ajax's fabled youth academy, Jong Ajax. However, he never made it to the first-team and opted to start his career at Abe Lenstra Stadion in the 2008/09 season.
Since then, the youngster has been performing impressively, but his showings this term have been phenomenal. In 30 appearances, the 21-year-old has already amassed 18 valuable assists while netting six goals.
Narsingh’s impressive performances attracted interest of the reigning Eredivisie champions, who tabled a failed bid to lure the winger away from Abe Lenstra Stadion on the final day of the January transfer window.
“The fact that Ajax have already made a first offer says something about the belief they have in me. I don't know how much they bid, but I hope that both clubs will eventually reach an agreement on a transfer fee”, Narsingh concluded.
The 21-year-old, who has an ongoing contract that keeps him at Abe Lenstra Stadion until the summer of 2013, will not be available for anything less than six million Euros.
