If you lucid dream and there is a dead loved one in your lucid dream, is it possible to talk to them and ask them if they are ok etc and get answers, also can you ask them about stuff in the past that you dont already know about?

As much information about this as possible plz.

I have never had a lucid dream before and i was just wondering.

  1. yes you can talk to them, you have to tell yourself before you go to sleep, sometimes they may not want you to though, I think it uses up a lot of energy for them, it takes practise but I have done this before and lots of times and I've become distracted so it takes a lot of discipline

  2. WHAT A LOAD OF MINCE. reading your question and some of these astral answers from these space cadets is great for a laugh...........no but cmon really are you for real drag your daft self into the real world

  3. Lucid dreaming means you actively participate in it.  Basically, you're controlling every aspect of the dream.  So anything between you and your relative is made up in your mind.

The point that most people involve themselves in Lucid Dreaming to expand their imagination.  Or some people believe it controls a process for them to Astral Projection where you have an out of body experience spiritually speaking.  It's not intended to be spirit to spirit callings but rather your own spiritual experience.

  4. I think your just missing them

  5. you can ask them questions.. you won't get an answer if you aren't supposed to know.

they might show up if there's something you need to know. Sometimes just to say "Hi".

  6. Control Dreams

To dream that you are able to control the action in your dreams, indicates your growing confidence, high self-esteem and increasing skills. Alternatively, this type of dream may be a way of compensating for a waking situation in which you felt powerless.

  7. This is so cool.  Astral travel is what you've done.  I believe that your spirit can leave the body while sleeping.  (Because your spirit doesn't need sleep.)  I think this is a way for our loved ones who have passed to communicate with us....when we're in our spiritual state, not physical.  AND since you knew you were dreaming makes this really incredible.  Maybe you'll have more.

  8. It is possible as most people who dream of the dead, realize the person is dead and begin to ask how they are.  In sleep the soul can leave the body, that's what explains alot of the meetings the living have with the dead in dreams.  Many have dreams in which the dead come. Since our souls leave the body , we are able to greet the people who live now only in spirit.  There is a world of the dead and the world of the living.  The world we are in is a world of deceit, lies and trickery whereas the world of the dead is the world of truth.  That's why anything the dead speak in dreams should be heeded as they speak the truth. Beware the living, I say.

Basically, the state you see the deceased in is the actual condition they are in, in the grave.  If they appear content, then there are in peace, if they are discontented or irritated, upset, angry etc..., likewise, that is their state in death.  The dead can no longer perform any deeds, therefore they are at the mercy of the living to recall them and ask for forgiveness and God's mercy upon them.  The dead can hear the living, so what you say and how you remember him/her to others will be heard. Usually the dead come in need of someone to pray for them and stop mourning as greiving causes the dead to suffer.  If a person is able to perform deeds of kindness, charity or generosity on the deceased's  behalf, do so as this also will be to his and your favor.  As I said, they can no longer perform deeds, thus, any kindness you can do on his behalf will be a reward for them.  Ask your questions when you see the dead.  Sometimes they answer, sometimes they say nothing.  If they do speak remember, it is the truth.

  9. Hi.  I have had several dreams that began as normal but became lucid when I saw the dead loved one.  I saw the person and thought, okay, I'm dreaming.  I treated him like I always did and gave a hug and said hello.  I asked questions but got no answers.  Just a big smile and a warm and loving hug.  The dream would then finish soon after.  It DID happen at least 3 times in the years following his death.  I didn't imagine it so people like JOhn K can keep rude comments to themselves.  Just because HE hasn't seen or experienced it doesn't in any way mean that others haven't.  If you don't believe and don't want to see then  you won't.
