Lucien piccard watch

Question

Okay...I feel like an idiot asking this but I have just received the Lucien Piccard 26311SS watch and cannot open the band to save my life. I see inside the band there is an arrow but even when I push in that direction nothing happens. This watch has an additional curved piece that appears to be a lock/clasp but it doesn't budge. Can someone tell me how I'm supposed to open this watch?
