Inter Milan defender Lucio is confident and optimistic that the Black and Blues, even after the humiliating derby loss, are still in the race for the Scudetto and the fight will go on until the end of the season. The defender reckons that the derby wasn’t
the title decider, but the last game of the season will be.
The Nerazzurri were handed a 3-0 defeat by to their city rivals AC Milan on Saturday night. Prior to the game, Inter Milan were just two points behind the league leaders but the derby defeat means the Nerazzurri are now five points adrift the Scudetto favourites.

On the other hand, AC Milan director Adriano Galliani acted down to earth after the victory against the Nerazzurri. Galliani believes that the Scudetto is far from won despite the derby Derby della Madonnina victory. He emphasised that Milan have not won
the Scudetto and it will require hard work from the team until the end of the season for the title to be secured.
The Milan CEO, after the derby commented, was quoted on the club’s official website:
“We had a strong start to the game; we were ruthless and managed to surprise them with that early goal. We still haven’t won anything, but Inter have to make up for the six points lost against us in the two derbies of the season.”
Furthermore, Galliani said that the win was very important against Inter and it was a very crucial situation, but still there are still 7 games left in the season and 21 points that can be acquired. Despite the Rossoneri winning the derby, they can still
