From what I gather, they're no relation.  If it's her father's cousin's aunt, they're not related or it seems that you'd have pointed out that they are related, although distant relatives.  If this is the case, yes, they'll be able to marry, because...they're not related.  However, this is a question that needs to be asked at the courthouse when they're applying, or before they apply, for marriage license.  The clerk will be able to clear this question up rather quickly, I assure you.
