Ludworth Charl confident to win the William Hill Supporting Racing Post TV Stakes
The P. Rutherford-trained white and blue dog, Ludworth Charl, is quite confident to claim first position in the William Hill Supporting Racing Post TV Stakes that will be held at Newcastle racecourse on Wednesday night, July 11. The Grade A1 race over 480 meters will commence at 13:44 (GMT).
In the £118 event, the two-year-old novice runner will compete against five worthy rivals after breaking from the red box.
The dashing dog marvellously finished first in each of his last three starts. First, he won the Williamhill.Com Stakes on June 26 and, then grabbed a grand victory each in the Williamhill.Com Stakes and an A2 480m Flat race on June 30 and July 4, respectively.
The talented son of Ballymac Maeve, out of Pearly Queen, started his career by winning a T2 race by a huge margin of 10 lengths on May 17, 2012. He moved on to bag a sterling success on June 6.
Overall, the young and, momentous sprinter has gained just one favourite tag in his 9-race career but, he has made some iconic and impressive marks.
In tonight’s marathon, Ludworth Charl will be able to make a big impact with a view to add fourth straight success to his career chart. His chances to thrive are as high as 90 percent.
However, Credible Girl will surely give him a tough time in the William Hill Supporting Racing Post TV Stakes. After debuting in January 2012, the J. Wright-trained blue and brindle b***h constantly maintained her presence on the podium until breaking her maiden on June 7.
The talented daughter of Rossacredibility, out of Rough Venus, convincingly finished first again in her last start on July 7. That was an A2 race over 480 meters, held at the same venue, where she will show her skills tonight.
Thus, there is likely to be a tough tug of war between Credible Girl and Ludworth Charl. Huge crowd will turn up to watch the live action. Good luck to all the six contestants who are lined-up to entertain their fans at Newcastle.
