Luis Caballero (Panama attorney)?

Question

I met Luis Caballero, an attorney in Panama, about 6 years ago, and have lost his business card. I have tried unsuccessfully to locate him by online searches. Can anyone (maybe someone in Panama) help me find his contact information. His wife's name is Betty (Bettie?)

If I were you I would contact the Panama consulate asking for him. You can also google him or try and finf him in the yellow or white pages in the Panama's phone book (google it) I sincerely hope you find him but it's quite difficult for people in YA to know everyone in a country! I would rely more on the intranet, places like google, etc.
