http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 created several chances to score but their wastefulness in-front of the goal cost them the game. Enrique believes that these kinds of performances will get his team nowhere, and they must improve on it quickly.
The Giallorossi conceded an early goal but fought back with an equaliser form Juan in the 13th minute. They took the lead through http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fabio-Borini-c13163 in the first-half, but the hosts ran after that. The Spaniard believes that
his team must improve on every aspect of their game, and must give their 100 percent in every game.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 B coach refused to blame the defenders for the defeat and insists that the attackers should also have made most of their chances. Enrique believes that his team must remain focused for full 90 minutes if they
want to be successful. He believes that his team was inconsistent throughout the evening, as they had a fantastic 20 minutes spell than they were pathetic for another half hour.
While talking to the reporters, Enrique said,
“We conceded on their first chance and fought back, but then were too distracted. It was a difficult game and we have to improve under every aspect. We need to be 100 per cent in order to win. Let’s not start talking about fitness
levels again. We were weak in defence tonight, but it is not just the fault of the back line.”
“If we are not all 100 per cent, then we can lose against anyone. To play the kind of football we need to, the concentration has to be there for the full 90 minutes. I am very disappointed.”
The Giallorossi remain on the 6th spot in the league table after picking up 32 points from 21 matches played thus far. They remain nine points behind third place, Udinese.
Roma will host http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan in their next game on Saturday, February 4, 2012.
