Brazil is widely considered to the chief contender for the coveted World Cup in South Africa, with Spain a distant second. Brazil aims to collect its sixth title while Spain is aspiring to open the account with the trophy for the first time.

Luis Fabiono
Dunga has reposed faith on Luis Fabiano, the professional football player, currently playing for Seville Football Club in Spanish League, to be the first choice striker for the national team in South Africa. The literal goal machine he is, Fabiano has played for the country in 36 matches and scored an incredible 25 goals in those matches. The high goal scoring rate of this versatile striker, given his present form, makes him a top player worth watching and relying on for the country to win the World Cup for the sixth time.
Robinho
Robinho returned to Brazil in time and joined his former club Santos on loan from Manchester City to get adequate match practice. He is the second striker in the team and is expected to perform more than 100% to ensure that the national team live up to the expectations. Robinho was identified by the legendary football player in Brazil, Pele, as a very potential player and has all the attributes to be called as Junior Pele, when Robinho was just 15 years of age then. As a member of the national team since 2003, Robinho has so far played 71 international matches and scored 20 goals. His skill with the ball, delectable ball control and pace will be a treat to watch for a football lover.
Kaka
Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, commonly referred to as Kaka, is the playmaker and midfield in Brazil's national football team, who has a special and major role in guiding the team to the sixth victory in FIFA World Cup tournament. The 28-year old player, presently playing for Real Madrid in Spain, is one of the best midfielders and playmakers in football. As a regular member of the national team since 2002, Kaka has represented the country in 73 matches, and scored 26 goals for the country. Having started his professional football career with Sao Paulo in 2001, Kaka played for AC Milan between 2003 and 2009 and moved to Real Madrid at the start of the 2009 season. He had played 355 matches, scored 133 goals and assisted in 55 goals during this period, which showcases his talent as the attacking midfielder and playmaker. Kaka is the man to watch, especially after a string of injuries kept him out for most of the season and he is returning back 100% fit for the tournament.
Maicon Douglas Sisenando
Maicon, playing as a right sided full back player, is one of the regular members of the national team, having represented the country in 55 matches since 2003 and have scored 5 goals for the country. The 28-year old player presently plays for Internazionale in Italian Serie A and played a major role as right winger in helping the club make it a historical treble. He will be a player to watch in the World Cup for Brazil.
Julio Cesar
The first choice goalkeeper for the national team, Julio Cesar is a man to watch in the World Cup as without his permission the ball cannot go into the goal post and provide an opportunity to the opponent to sense victory. Along with Maicon, Julio Cesar also plays for Internazionale in Italian Serie A and was instrumental to a great extent in the historic treble for the club. As a regular member of the national team, Julio Cesar appeared in 47 international matches, and would be a tough nut to crack.
