Chelsea’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-Luiz-c10542 has gone on to insist that Didier Drogba was not mocking Benfica, when the Champions League draws were being made.
When the Champions League draws were being made, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Didier-Drogba-c11044 was caught trembling when it was announced that the Blues would be facing off against Benfica.
With many believing that the striker was trying to mock the Portuguese side, Luiz has gone on to defender the Ivory Coast international and claimed that people need to look at the bigger picture.
Luiz went on to explain that the striker was actually trembling at the fact that the team might have to play against Barcelona, should they manage to get past Benfica and this is what had him trembling. Hence it was a reaction out of fear, rather than one
to mock his upcoming opponents.
When talking about the situation, the Brazilian international is quoted to have said: "If people watch the video closely, it's not directed at Benfica, it was at Barcelona, because http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 are a big team.”

"It was not directed at Benfica because Didier knows that they are a big team and that Benfica are going to be difficult opponents."
The defender was then questioned about just where his loyalties would lie in the game, given his past with Benfica and how he is now a Chelsea player.
In response to that, the Brazilian international went on to respond by stating: "They'll be my mates right up to the first whistle, but after that, Benfica and Chelsea are going to be adversaries and both are going to fight almost to the death to win.”
Over the course of the last couple of weeks, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 have gone on to dramatically improve their level of performances and the Blues are now the only English team still playing in a European competition.
However, despite Chelsea being the stronger team on paper, just about anything can happen in their upcoming game with Benfica.
The Portuguese side can be very unpredictable and can give just about anyone a run for their money, should they get their tactics right.
It is now a wait to see just how the Blues play against their upcoming opponents.
