Chelsea’s defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-Luiz-c10542 has gone on to express his love for the club and admitted that he would want to win trophies with the team in the future.
Following his move to Chelsea, Luiz has often been criticized for his natural footballing ability. Many believe the defender just doesn’t know what he doing on most occasions, while others state that he doesn’t know what position to play in.
Irrelevant to what his critics say, the defender has admitted that he loves playing for the team and that he is only going to improve with time.
However, the defender hopes for the team to end the season on a high and hopes for them to build on their success from the win over Napoli in the Champions League.
When talking about http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 and just how much he loves playing for the team, Luis is quoted to have said: “I love playing for Chelsea and I love the fans”
“Of course, sometimes I am sad because we're not winning but football is now thinking about the next game. The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 match is now in the past and it's important to look to the future."
The defender then went on to admit that his international team mate, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ramires-c30523 was also playing brilliantly this season and hoped for the midfielder to continue playing at his very best.
When talking about Ramires, Luiz went on to add: “Ramires is unbelievable, he's a fantastic player, you saw how much he was running and I'm happy because he plays for my team.”
“In the last 20 minutes it was impossible to walk and he was still running box-to-box, but that's Ramires.”
It is still not clear whether Luiz is suited to playing in the back four, or as a centre back. However, what can be said assuredly is the fact that when Luiz is on his day, he can put in a performance that can make him just as good as anybody out there.
With Chelsea now being the only English team in a European competition, the Blues will be hoping for the defender to continue playing at his very best.
